1. Course Fee Refund

• Course fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed and classes have started.
• If a student cancels admission before the course begins, a refund may be considered after deducting registration and administrative charges.
• No refund will be provided after 15 days from the course commencement date.

2. Registration & Admission Fees

• Registration, admission, and enrollment fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Installment Payments

• Students opting for installment payments are required to pay the complete course fee, even if they discontinue the course.
• Any installment already paid will not be refunded.

4. Discontinuation by Student

• No refund will be issued if a student leaves the course due to:
  • Personal reasons
  • Poor attendance
  • Failure to complete coursework
  • Violation of institute rules or discipline

5. Course Cancellation by Institute

• If Krishna Gurukul Institute cancels a course due to unavoidable reasons, students will receive a full refund of the course fee paid, excluding registration fees, or may be adjusted into another suitable batch/course.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

7. Policy Amendments

• Krishna Gurukul Institute reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
• The policy in effect at the time of admission shall be considered final.

8. Acceptance of Policy

• By enrolling at Krishna Gurukul Institute, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
